Isn’t it the “Paleis van Justitie” in Antwerp? Saw this on TV the other day. I guess the worst sentence would be to get thrown on top of one of the spikes.
That is indeed the k-orrect answer. From other angles, this sci-fi building looks even more impressive, though the gazillion entries and staircases makes me wonder where the main entrance is.
