A quick decision to replace creator Rod Lurie with a seasoned producer (Steve Bochco) didn&#8217;t help either. Drama seemed a bit distant, and story lines weren&#8217;t world changing. The mushy mix of feminism and patriotism isn&#8217;t something must-see week in week out, and the backdoor politics seemed highly predictable.
